<p><strong>Director of Sales </strong></p><p>NYC stealth start-up. This client is a Usage Economy Platform that elevates products & services brands to win today's needs-driven consumers. With their IoT-based smart rental units, customized to meet the most necessary + useful items for rental units they have a niche. Their AI platform leverages data to analyze behavioral patterns, optimize usage, refine inventory and create personalized experiences for their users. The outcome is a new standard of living that encourages more responsible consumption, reduction in the cost of city living, and trending with smaller living spaces. </p><p>This is a global organization that operates in over 24 cities across the US & Europe. Their solution is in the hands of some of the largest landlords in the world throughout residential buildings, student housing, hotels & offices alike. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong> A results driven, experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales team and play a significant role in their hypergrowth and global expansion. As a Director of Sales, you will be drafting and executing the sales strategy for the short & long-term, in charge of everything client related including but not limited to cultivating, closing, and expanding the client base. You will be engaging with property developers, property managers and key players in the real estate industry. Your insights will drive changes in demand gen strategy, uncovering of new acquisition channels, revising qualification criteria, and setting geographical expansion goals along with pricing models. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What You Have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+yrs managing B2B acquisition sales</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in selling to property managers/landlords in prior roles </strong>(prop-tech or SaaS experience a plus)</li><li><strong>Experience managing AEs & SDRs</strong></li><li>Table stakes for the role includes: ability to manage deal flow at all levels, building customer acquisition strategies, experience with a CRM (their is SFDC), sense of urgency to deliver on quantifiable results</li><li>What's nice to have is experience within a global company </li></ul>
