Location: NYC or Hybrid Remote
We have an office in New York and this position can either be based in the office or hybrid remote within the NYC area (subject to your existing legal right to work in the jurisdiction). The hybrid remote expectations for this role are to be in the office twice a week.

About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Product Operations Specialist to join our global team! Product Ops at OpenFin is focused on streamlining product development across the organization to improve efficiency. The person in this seat will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for all the operational aspects of the product management process.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Jira administration and be a strong communicator with incredible organizational skills. A background in project management would be preferred.
Responsibilities
Tooling and Tech Stack
Be the point person on Product tooling to ensure priorities and status are accurately managed
Curate templates, guidelines, how-to references and resources to maximize the efficiency of our Product, Design and Docs teams
Standardize and Program Manage Product Team Processes
Streamline communication between the Product Team and other teams in the organization
Work closely with colleagues across Product, Design, Docs, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, acting as an accelerator by ensuring visibility into priorities, program status, and facilitating efficient and effective handoffs within and between teams
Capture, track & report on action items from review processes
Enable the Documentation team to plan completion of work to coincide with releases
Ensure Product Marketing has visibility on new releases and that they have the information needed to deliver comms plan on highlighted items
Product Enablement
Conduct industry and competitive research - ensure all stakeholders have access to information on demand
Support Product Managers in industry and product-related research during the discovery phase
Report on Priorities, Roadmap Decisions, and Product Adoption
Ensure each product stream’s priorities are captured, visualized, and kept up to date
Assist CPO in visualizing our Product roadmaps
Prepare client facing Product Review materials
Track and report on the health of the product pipeline
Report on metrics important to the product team monthly (i.e. adoption and usage metrics)

Salary Range:
Level One - $65-85k
Level Two - $85k-120k
