Account Manager (Greater NYC Area, NY)

Sales drive our success. As an ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will be responsible for closing deals and meeting ambitious sales goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective relationships, you’ll play an integral role in the growth of the company. We strive to stay ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base. This role is an in-office position that offers a competitive commission compensation with bonus incentives.
Objectives of this Role
Represent Finitico, with a comprehensive understanding of our services
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Improve our time spent winning and closing deals
Position Responsibilities
Field inbound call center leads and inbound web leads
Reach out to business owners
Develop referral networks to locate prospective leads for funding
Maintain accounts, guide customers throughout financial application programs and process renewals
Skills and Qualifications
Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices with 2-3+ years’ experience in a sales environment
Experience closing deals, hitting quotas and meeting expectations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
Familiarity with financial, banking and funding guidelines
Previous experience in finance or other related fields (preferred but not required)
